Shipping Policy

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

Listed sizes for Pret, Luxury Pret and Ready to Wear Formals would take up to 12 days for delivery. All “custom orders” for Formal and Bridal can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

For domestic orders within Pakistan, charges of Rs. 1000.

For customers with UK shipping address, charges of USD 25 shall apply on the purchase of one product and USD 7.5 on each additional product.

For customers with US and rest of the world shipping addresses, charges of USD 30 shall apply on the purchase of one product and USD 10 on each additional product.

The shipping charges for Formals would be USD 50 on the purchase of one product and USD 25 shall apply on each additional product.

The shipping charges for Bridals would be USD 150.

The brand My Apparels strives to serve its customers to the best of the availability. Therefore, we have established billing on a flat tier structure, rather than complicating it on a weight basis. This helps the customers save money on their shipment.

You can expect delivery of your order on any business day, unless otherwise specified. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Please check if your order contains items with different delivery times. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry as the remaining order will be delivered shortly.

In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and doesn’t have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. The separate delivery cost is taken care of by the brand.

Absolutely! As long as your order has not been shipped, you can add additional items to the order. Once you have placed the order for additional items through our website, simply send an email to or call +92-321-9379031 and inform us of your new order so all can be dispatched together.
